I have always been drawn to creating stories and building worlds. I now use my skills as a designer and problem solver to turn ideas into reality.
I specialize in concept and content development, and collaborating with diverse teams to produce rich experiences. I work in a variety of capacities from brainstorming ideas, doing in-meeting charrette sketches, visualizing concepts through illustrations and storyboards, as well as producing finished production artwork and show design. Recently, I have also started developing my skills in art direction.
Previously, I was a storyboard artist, illustrator, and assistant art director for various media projects at the Hettema Group.
I also worked as a concept and show designer of the business development team at RGH Themed Entertainment, as well as an intern, contractor and consultant with Walt Disney Imagineering.
I helped Denise Weston, the psychologist behind the themed experience MagiQuest, develop the comic book and multimedia novel, ‘Memory Machine’.
I was part of a team for the Disney ImagiNations competition which won the incredible honor of being one of the top 6 finalists for the class of 2012.
In summer of 2011 I was the winner of the Student Challenge for SATE 11, which allowed me the opportunity to present at the conference.
I also participated with team for Disney ImagiNations back 2011. Our team placed 28th out of 160 competitors, making us semifinalists.
